You’ll learn how to use the wall as an intelligent training partner—not a crutch—to build strength, spatial awareness, and control. Then, you’ll retrain your nervous system with safe, progressive falling drills so fear stops running the show. By the end of this module, you’ll: ✅ Use the wall with purpose to improve alignment and confidence ✅ Practice falling safely so you can move boldly ✅ Create a safer, more responsive brain-body connection—faster This is where fear turns into freedom. In this module, you’ll explore transitions like Tripod to Crow, Tripod to Chaturanga, and smooth combinations between Tripod, Crow, and Chaturanga. These drills are designed to sharpen your spatial awareness, balance, and coordination—so your practice feels powerful and seamless.

Headstand Variation Tutorial

Explore a range of headstand variations designed to challenge your coordination, strength, and focus. In these bite-sized tutorials, you’ll learn how to safely approach poses like Bound Headstand, Tripod Variations, and Buddha Hasta Sirsasana A–C.
